Wellness hotel. Concedersi un momento di puro relax, lasciarsi cullare dalle dolci note di una musica rilassante ed affidarsi alle sapienti mani di un esperto del settore, lasciare tutti gli abiti e i pensieri in camera e scendere, scendere nell’area relax indossando soltanto un candido accappatoio ed un paio di morbidissime ciabattine abbinate, è questo ciò che cerco in una vacanza, un attimo di relax solo per me, per staccare da tutto e da tutti e poi rinascere, riemergere da un trattamento mirato più energica e vitale di prima per ripartire alla grande.

Ultimamente mi sto viziando, lo devo riconoscere, sto quasi completamente abbandonando le mie attività sportive per dedicarmi al benessere, anzi al relax. Ho iniziato l’anno con il piede giusto tra i centri benessere delle Dolomiti ed ora eccomi qui, appena tornata da un fantastico viaggio in Croazia (scopri il mio viaggio in Croazia), alla scoperta di luoghi nascosti, sapori unici e SPA da dieci e lode nei migliori wellness hotel.

Wellness hotel: un pò di sano relax e i migliori in Croazia

Eccoci qui, ti ho già parlato dei migliori hotel in Croazia ma oggi faccio un focus su qualcosa che mi ha lasciato senza fiato, parlo dei wellness hotel, imponenti strutture affacciate sul mare con molto, moltissimo da offrire tra cui un mondo segreto nei piani inferiori tutto dedicato al wellness a base di saune, idromassaggi, trattamenti e molto altro ancora.

– Hotel Bristol, Opatija. Il posto giusto per un totale relax di anima e corpo, qui la SPA si trova proprio in centro città, nei magici sotterranei di questo hotel da sogno. Oltre ad una piccola palestra qui si trova un ampia SPA completa di idromassaggio riscaldato (l’acqua è caldissima, io mi ci sono quasi addormentata!), sauna, bagno turco e docce wellness e più in là, davanti alla reception, alcune salette per i trattamenti dove io e Yuri abbiamo trovato il paradiso. Prima è stato il mio turno con un trattamento Oxygen Therapy, un trattamento italiano a base di puro ossigeno che ha dato un nuovo aspetto alla mia pelle, poi è stato il turno di Yuri con un massaggio corpo super rilassante. – Hotel Eden, Rovinji. Grazie ai trattamenti ispirati al Mediterraneo ed alle cure dei professionisti di questo angolo di paradiso del benessere, qui potrai rilassarti completamente e liberarti dai dolori e dallo stress. Il nuovissimo centro Wellness & Spa dell’hotel Eden conta 4 sale per i trattamenti ed una Spa Suite destinata ai trattamenti per le coppie, una piscina interna riscaldata e una vasca con acqua marina e molto, molto altro. Qui io e Yuri ci siamo concessi un trattamento viso purificante, perfetto! (scopri qui le meraviglie dell’hotel).

Questo è tutto sui migliori hotel wellness in Croazia, io ritorno a sognare e ad immaginare di essere coccolata dalle abili mani delle massaggiatrici e prolungo gli effetti rilassanti e purificanti dei trattamenti che mi sono concessa grazie a dei prodotti che amo.

Questo mese al mio fianco ci sono la MyBeautyBox di Agosto (scusami il ritardo, ma meglio tardi che mai, no? A proposito ti ricordi cosa è MyBeautyBox? Te ne ho parlato qui), è piena di oggetti utilissimi ed è tutta dedicata alla color run, un evento da non perdere!

Wellness hotel. Enjoy a moment of pure relaxation, lulled by the sweet notes of relaxing music and rely on the skilled hands of an expert, leave all the clothes and thoughts in the room and go down, go down in the relaxation area wearing only a white bathrobe and a matched pair of very soft slippers, that’s what I look for in a holiday, a moment of relaxation just for me, to get away from everything and everyone and then reborn, re-emerge from a targeted treatment.

I have to admit it, I’m almost completely abandoning my sports activities to devote myself to the wellness and relax. I started the year on the right foot between the wellness centers of the Dolomites and now here I am, just returned from a fantastic trip to Croatia (see my trip to Croatia), to discover hidden places, flavors and unique SPA.

Here we are, I have already spoken of the best hotels in Croatia but today I focus on something that left me breathless, I speak about the wellness hotel, imposing structures overlooking the sea with very, very much to offer including a secret world in the lower floors all dedicated to wellness with sauna, whirlpools, treatments and much more.

•  Hotel Bristol, Opatija. The right place for a total relaxation of body and soul, here the SPA is located right downtown, in the magic underground of this hotel. Besides a small gym here is a wide SPA with hydromassage (the water is very hot!), sauna and wellness showers and beyond, in front of the reception, some lounges for treatments where Yuri and I have found paradise. First it was my turn with a Oxygen Therapy treatment, an Italian treatment based on pure oxygen which has given a new look to my skin, then it was the turn of Yuri with a super relaxing body massage. •  Hotel Eden, Rovinji. With treatments inspired by the Mediterranean  here you can completely relax and free yourself from pain and stress. The new Wellness & Spa Hotel Eden has 4 treatment rooms and a spa suite designed to treatments for couples, a heated indoor pool and a spa with seawater and much, much more (discover more about the hotel here).

This is all on the best wellness hotel in Croatia, I return to dream and to imagine being pampered by the skilled hands of masseuses and I prolong the relaxing and purifying treatments that I have given thanks to the products that I love.
