MOTIVAZIONE DIMAGRIRE
Motivazione dimagrire. Tra i miei obiettivi per il 2014 rientra sicuramente uno spazio dedicato al fitness e al mantenersi in forma; mi sono infatti ripromessa di seguire uno stile di vita sano, mangiando e facendo esercizio regolarmente, per stare meglio fisicamente e per raggiungere l’estate in una forma fisica formidabile.
MOTIVAZIONE DIMAGRIRE: LA MIA “MODE FITNESS CHALLENGE” È ON!
Il mio consiglio per chi, come me, ha deciso smaltire i kg acquisiti durante le feste o, semplicemente, mantenersi in forma, è quello di focalizzare un obiettivo; io, essendo competitiva al massimo, ho deciso di pormi delle piccole sfide periodiche (le potete trovare nelle immagini sottostanti) per non perdere la motivazione. Questa è la settimana della sfida squat,e le mie gambe ne stanno già risentendo, ma ciò che non ci uccide, ci rafforza! Buona giornata ragazzi!
One of my goals for 2014 is a space dedicated to fitness and staying in shape, in fact I promised to follow a healthy lifestyle, eating and doing exercise regularly, to feel better physically and to achieve the summer in a formidable fit. My advice for someone like me decided to stay in shape, is to focus on a goal; I’m competitive at the most and so I decided to ask myself little periodic-challenges (that you can see in the images below) to not lose motivation. This is the week of the squat challenge, and my legs are already feeling it, but what does not kill us, makes us stronger! Have a nice day guys!
