Durante le vacanze natalizie ho ricevuto tantissime richieste sulla mia pagina facebook, tantissime ragazze mi chiedevano come vestirsi per andare a pattinare sul ghiaccio con gli amici o con un ragazzo speciale e così, oggi, ti do un’idea look caldissima e romantica per una pattinata sul ghiaccio in dolce compagnia.

La cornice è un paesaggio quasi lunare, surreale. Si tratta dell’ultima tappa del mio tour on the road tra le Dolomiti, dopo aver visitato Val Gardena, Alta Badia e Val Pusteria siamo approdati in Val di Braies alla scoperta del lago più bello del mondo: il lago di Braies.

Come vestirsi per andare a pattinare: un look dal lago di Braies

Scegliere come vestirsi per andare a pattinare è un po’ come scegliere come vestirsi per andare a sciare, è importante valutare la location, il clima, la comodità e il livello (agonistico o amatoriale). Se sei una pattinatrice di prima categoria con tanto di pattini personalizzati sono certa che non avrai bisogno del mio aiuto mentre se ti avvicini per le prime volte al mondo del pattinaggio sul ghiaccio (anche senza pattini su un lago ghiacciato) lascia che ti dia qualche consiglio.

Se non utilizzerai i pattini scegli delle scarpe ben isolate e con una suola carrarmato (logicamente senza tacco!). Indossa un paio di guanti caldi, una sciarpa e un cappello (se il lago o la superficie in questione è ghiacciata le temperature saranno di molto sotto lo zero). Sotto al tuo maglione preferito indossa almeno un capo termico, tre se non vuoi indossare la giacca (come ho fatto io in questo look).

Io per il mio pomeriggio sul ghiaccio ho scelto un look romantico a base di leggings neri, cardigan bianco e dettagli rosa. Le scarpe si sono trasformate in ottimi pattini da ghiaccio e non ho avvertito minimamente il freddo.

During the Christmas holidays I received a lot of requests on my Facebook page, many girls were asking me how to dress to go ice-skating with friends or a special guy and so, today, I’ll give you an very hot and romantic outfit idea for ice-skating.

The frame is an almost lunar landscape, surreal. This is the last stop on my tour on the road between the Dolomites, after visiting Val Gardena, Alta Badia and Val Pusteria we landed in the Braies Valley to discover the most beautiful lake in the world: Lake Braies.

How to dress to go ice-skating: a look from Lake Braies

Choose how to dress to go ice-skating is a little ‘how to choose what to wear to go skiing, it is important to assess the location, the weather, the comfort and the level (competitive or amateur). Under your favorite sweater wear at least one thermal shirt, three if you do not want to wear a jacket (as I did in this look).

I for my afternoon on the ice I chose a romantic look based on blacks leggings, white cardigan and pink details. The shoes have become excellent ice skates
